Features
1)The 370 rewinding machine platform is driven by a full servo motor, PLC controlled, with internationally advanced correction devices and closed-loop tension control;
2)It is equipped with 2 sets of correction devices for rewinding and unwinding as standard, with double rewinding and neat end rewinding, meeting the requirements of high-performance production;
3)Suitable for 100% automatic detection of the printing quality of self-adhesive labels, transparent and translucent materials, films, laser materials and other roll printing substrates in industries such as cigarette packaging, medicine packaging, food, daily chemicals, electronics, anti-counterfeiting, etc.;
4)The visual inspection system is linked with the platform, and the machine stops automatically after defects are detected. The stop function when an error occurs uses a faster stop solution, which is 20% faster than the traditional slow-moving stop speed, and the stop accuracy reaches ±2cm;
5)The visual inspection system can support the production mode of non-stop inspection, and the defects can be eliminated on the review machine after inspection to improve production efficiency.
