1.Unwind shaft with limiting baffle, easy for material fixing,Unwind web guide adopts frame mode,easy for adjusting,and with high precision.
2.Die cutting axle head fixing seat adopts a circle design,it is easy to assemble and disassemble,compare with traditional square shape fixing seat, it saves half time.Die cutting pressure adjusting the screw arbor is a rotation structure, it does not need to take off.
3.Up rewind adopts turret structure to improve work efficiency.
4.Transmission adopts a synchronous belt to reduce noise.
5.Unwind,rewind and waste collection all adopt magnetically powder brake/clutch to control,and operation stable.
