This machine is mainly used for rewinding, unwinding, slitting, metering, counting, and inspection of various types of roll materials. It can also be used in conjunction with inkjet printing, visual inspection, and missing label detection machines.

1. It uses an imported brand motor and reducer with sleepless speed regulation, ensuring stable machine operation.
2. It adopts electromagnetic braking, making tension control convenient, flexible, and data-driven.
3. Semi-automatic tension control is optional; tension can automatically adjust according to the roll diameter, or it can be manually adjusted.
4. It uses an automatic inflatable air shaft and interchangeable bases for quick material loading and unloading. Different shaft sizes (0.4 inch to 6 inch) are readily replaceable, and it is leak-proof and durable.
5. The electromagnetic tension is displayed digitally and can be easily adjusted for convenient operation and data management.
6. The bottom has mounting screws for height adjustment, allowing placement on uneven worktables.
