Equipped with high-end 4 pcs servo motors for unwinding and rewinding, an advanced taper tension system, and a well-known imported web-guiding system. The turret-type automatic rewinding shaft rotation and positioning device, along with the standby shaft preparation, greatly improves production efficiency. It supports flexible interchange of air shafts in various specifications, and also supports length counting, piece counting, static elimination, and functions such as slow-down or automatic stop when material is running low.

Features
1. Unwinding + Web Guiding:Uses an independent servo taper-tension control system, with preset automatic slow-down or stop when material is running low. Web guiding uses an ultrasonic edge-guide system.
2. Slitting Unit:Features a user-friendly circular-knife slitting mechanism with quick disassembly. Equipped with a high-pressure vacuum waste-removal system.
3. Rewinding:Taper-tension control system with a turret device that greatly reduces roll-change time and ensures alignment of labels and paper cores during roll changes.
4. Counting:The counting system uses a well-known German brand to ensure accuracy up to 0.01%. Special sensors must be purchased separately for transparent materials.
